9 - 11am ~ Morning kayak clinics featuring basic immersion by Ottawa Kayak School
11 - Noon ~ Lunch Break
Noon - 2pm ~ Afternoon kayak clinics by Ottawa Kayak School
3 - 5pm ~ Preliminaries & Semi-Final competitions
6 - 7:30pm ~ Dinner
